My Studio looks a little like the world: CHAOS.

Time for a change. Portraits are where I started my pursuit of an artistic life and I recognize that that is where I find comfort.

Just as I find comfort in my drawing of my Mother. Her eyes gaze out at me and I reflect on all the memories and stories we shared. She gives me hope for peace.

So, a portrait a week, stranger, friend or family. Through their eyes, we may know what is at the edge of their minds.
